Spaghetti Sticks

I seriously don't understand the point of Spaghetti Sticks.
Not only are they annoying to cook, but eating them; UGH!
You have to either spend 5 hours cutting them up into pieces(thus making it impossible to eat using a fork) or slurp it up. For someone like me who struggles to maintain his dignity whilst eating anything, this can be a real hassle.

Speaking of hassles, I'm still yet to find a job in Airlie Beach and I have to admitt, its getting quiet boring here. My day involves sleeping until 10am, getting breakfast, going for a walk, going to the lagoon to swim & sunbake & read, hit the internet cafe, nap and then make tea. Nights usually involve going out or chatting to random tourists or cheree. Then i'll read some more and fall asleep.

I must sound really spoilt to all those people who are working or at uni, but its driving me nuts. I feel like I'm severly wasting my brain and I'm not even really travelling because I'm stuck in the same spot.

End of Whinge.

I'm reading The Power of One and its an amazing book. I can't wait to be stationary somewhere long enough to be able to hire out and watch the movie of it. My lap-top still won't play sound on movies, not that I've needed it that much yet as the weather has been amazing.

I HAVE to at least try to write more since I'm not doing anything else.
Better go check my 19 things and decide what I'm going to cross off next.

This has been the first night at Airlie that I've needed to wear jeans.
Our British mates Mike and Adam have moved off up the coast which sucks(for us not them).

Nothing new to report apart from the no job factor!

weather is amazing. I don't know why but I don't get phone service anywhere around here so if your wondering why your not hearing from me thats why.
meet some really cool people from england and canada, they've been staying in the same room as us. I hope when they leave we don't get bad roommates.

cheree and myself have been job searching but its hard considering the time of the year. there's hardly any australian's here. its funny.
