I love this. I'm probably the worst offender of it.

"When out of habit you reply to a comment with "You too". This happens to the best of us.

Its bad enough to judge a book by its cover.
Its even worse to let others tell you what the books cover is supposed to look like.

I hate it in movies/tv when one character asks another out on a 'date' and they make absolutly no plans, don't exchange numbers and don't even state a time. They just walk off smoothly.
